Mrs Abeer Almudaris who was educated and brought up in England is the Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of Medifine Company.   She is also Partner & Shareholder in Lines & Angles for Engineering & Business Development, the sister company of Medifine company.

Abeer has over 25 years of experience in brand architecture and project management, communication, strategic planning, marketing, business development, advertising & research.

She has extensive experience in marketing strategy for a company and product. Her experience includes creating and overseeing implementation of a marketing plan designed to increase market share. 

She has excellent experience in consulting, training and management with proven success in resolving organizational, administrative, management, marketing, and strategic planning challenges for all types of businesses.

She has experience in providing a wide variety of distinctive marketing, consulting and training programs for the wellness, cosmetics and healthcare and spa industries.

As a senior-level business executive with demonstrable leadership with both high profile international brands such as Johnson Wax, Johnson & Johnson, Alkan Medical, GE Healthcare, Carestream, Mindray, Nestle, GM, British Council Cairo, IBM, international 5 star hotel spas, independent spas and start-up companies, and with an extensive network of contacts in both the business and social arena; Mrs Almudaris is able to grow any business through successful business plans, consultancy plans, marketing and sales campaigns.

She signed an Agency Agreement with PHYTOMER FRANCE to be the sole agent and distributor in Egypt & Sudan for their skincare and spa products and Noel Asmar uniforms and spa equipment, where she placed both Brands and implementation of training in all leading luxury 5 Star hotels around Egypt, gaining the biggest market share. 

She and her daughter Jumana, created their own authentic pure Egyptian Aromatherapy brand called MYSTIC AMBER ©

She also signed an agency agreement with CIBTAC, The Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology representing them in Egypt, to provide a wide range of world-class qualifications, including beauty therapy, spa, complementary and teaching, to maintain and develop the highest standards of excellence internationally for the Egyptian market.

As part of her media experience, Abeer was invited as an in-house guest in many Radio programs for the European Programme on Radio Cairo discussing various topics ranging from female business entrepreneurs in Egypt to wellness & spa industry in Egypt, customer service, quality control, healthy living, life Coaching, and nutrition.

Mrs Almudaris was interviewed on live TV on the BBC channel in the UK for her work in promoting, and implementing a UK Hotline in Britain helping British Muslims to understand the dangers of Radicalism and Extremism in all its form.

Mrs Almudaris born in Kuwait, is married to Eng. Zaky Safar and they have 2 adult children.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA) in Sociology from the American University in Cairo, and an Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) with high honours from the American University in Cairo in affiliation with the Kellogg School of Management and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.   

Abeer is also a certified Aromatherapist by NAHA.  

She is also the Director of the Euro-Arab Forum for Dialogue in London, a forum created by her late father Mr. Abdul Karim Almudaris, Ex-Secretary General & Chief Executive of the Arab British Chamber of Commerce in London.

She is Board member of the Society for the Protection of the Environment in Egypt, a NAHA certified Aromatherapist, member of the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy, USA and Vice President of Kawafel Charity Organisation; an NGO providing medical, healthcare, food, housing and education for the under privileged in Egypt.
